Ground Scope Inspections was founded by a structural engineer with 10 years of experience in structural design of residential, commercial and industrial buildings, and building defect assessment across Victoria.

After years of reviewing properties from a structural engineering perspective, it became clear that the standard inspection model was leaving buyers significantly underinformed. A checklist report rarely answers the question that matters most: what are the actual structural risks, and what will it cost to fix them?

Ground Scope was built to answer that question — bringing engineering-grade analysis to the pre-purchase inspection process, so buyers can make decisions they genuinely feel confident about.
